They have a massive range of branded products at a fraction cheaper than anywhere I've seen. The only downside which isn't a problem really is the slower delivery which the company are upfront about. “ I placed a very small order and was pleased to see that they charged delivery accordingly. I think I only paid something like 1.40 when my order came to about 6 which isn't bad. Unfortunately there was a problem in the warehouse meaning my order was never shipped but after emailing I received a very courteous reply and within a day my order was en route along with some extra goodies. Order arrived within 2 days and I was very pleased with what I received. Great service all round and a great company! ”

Minimum postage is 2.99 at time of writing, which will cover you up to 20Kg- great alternative to carrying home bulky items! I've used them four times now. Occasionally something will go out of stock, but I get notified promptly and refunded. Deliveries seem to get processed faster if there's less variety in your order, my last order was a bulk buy (multiples of two products) and arrived very swiftly. A more varied order might take longer as products come from different warehouses, and delivery is by post, which will effect delivery time. All this considered, great service, bargains and well packaged- suits me! ”

Many of them can be bought in both small and bulk packages. If you have more space at home, bulk helps you save money but also reduce unnecessary packages from your household. All products ingredients are mentioned in the description so it is very easy to shop if you want to avoid unnecessary additives etc. I always choose free delivery which starts with about 20 quid. It usually arrives within 4 to 5 days. The package is well protected. I have never had any issues with broken or missed items in my order. I made a large order before Christmas and Royal Mail lost it during the usual rush. The order has been replaced quickly and I got a very gracious gift on the top of it. I was very pleased with the customer care - their reply was fast and service very professional. I warmly recommend to anyone who is not in a rush to have the items tomorrow at the doormat and care about what to put into the basket as you can check it easily from the couch. ”
